Parent Aide

our in-home parenting support system

Parent Aides provide in-home education. This program allows Pharos Parenting to provide support to families with child development, discipline or other parenting issues. The Parent Aide helps with problem solving, encourages access to community services and improves parent-child interaction. A nurturing approach is used to enhance change and growth.​​The program is long-term, lasting an average of 9-12 months. This program is provided at no cost to residents of Iredell County.
